Tu okazało się, że miał w organizmie ponad półtora promila alkoholu. Mężczyzna trafił do policyjnego aresztu, a następny dzień przed oblicze prokuratora.
Mężczyźnie już zatrzymano prawo jazdy. Za jazdę na podwójnym gazie 34 – latkowi grozi kara więzienia do lat dwóch, wieloletni zakaz prowadzenia pojazdów, a także wysoka grzywna.
